WPM Pro: Typing Speed Coach ("the app") is developed by FightTech. This policy explains what the app does with your data.
Permissions
The app asks only for what its features need:
- Internet — to load ads, to process Google Play purchases and to send anonymous usage and crash statistics. Typing tests themselves work without a connection.
- Vibrate — for the optional short vibration when you press a wrong key.
Data stored on your device
Your test results, statistics, streaks, badges, settings and any texts you paste into My texts are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to us. You can clear your history in Settings, and uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes everything.
Analytics and crash reporting
The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics to understand aggregate usage (for example which screens and features are used) and to fix crashes. These services collect device information such as model, OS version, coarse app-usage events and crash stack traces. This data does not include what you type, your test results or the texts you save, and is processed under Google's Privacy Policy.
Advertising
The free version of the app may show ads served by Google AdMob and Unity Ads. To request and measure an ad, these networks receive your device's advertising ID, IP address and basic device information (model, OS version, country, language). This is declared on the app's Google Play Data safety page. Their handling of that data is governed by Google's advertising policies and the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before any ad is requested, and your choice is respected on every later launch.
Removing ads: buying any Premium plan (monthly, yearly or lifetime) turns ads off completely. Purchases are processed by Google Play; we never see your payment details.
What we do not do
- No account, no sign-up, no personal profile.
- We never sell your personal data, and we never send what you type, your test results or the texts you save anywhere.
- Apart from the advertising and analytics identifiers described above, no data is shared with third parties.
Children
The app is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under 13.
